Redshred Partners with XRT on Marine Corps Next-Gen Maintenance Training System

Redshred has been selected as a key partner in an elite industry team led by XR Training (XRT) to deliver a next-generation maintenance training solution for the U.S. Marine Corps' Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV).

Powering the Future of Military Training with Secure Content Management

As the secure content and data management infrastructure provider for this innovative project, Redshred’s role is to ensure that the training system's vast technical documentation and instructional materials are efficiently organized, easily accessible, and completely secure.

XRT has been awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to design and prototype the ACV Suite of Training Systems (STS) – an integrated digital ecosystem that will revolutionize how Marines learn to maintain these critical vehicles. This award follows XRT's successful deployment of 81 Wave Warrior ACV Driver Training simulators in 2024, which are now in use at locations worldwide.

Building the Digital Maintenance Training Ecosystem

The ACV STS comprises three integrated components:

1. Electronic Classroom (EC) – Where our secure content management systems will shine, organizing vast amounts of technical documentation for streamlined learning
2. Diagnostic Task Trainer (DTT) – Interactive troubleshooting simulations
3. Part Task Trainer (PTT) – Hands-on practice with vehicle subsystems

Together, these systems will accelerate Marine proficiency, reduce training risks, and build the technical agility needed for modern amphibious operations.
