Redshred Awarded RO MAC IDIQ Contract Under $975M Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office Program

BALTIMORE, MD - Redshred a leading innovator in AI-powered text analytics and document understanding technology is proud to announce its selection as a contractor under the Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office Multiple Award Contract (RO MAC) program.

This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is part of a broader $975 million initiative aimed at enhancing the Air Force's sustainment capabilities. Redshred's innovative approach to structuring unstructured content will provide valuable insights and efficiencies in managing complex technical documentation and data analysis tasks.

Redshred's selection as a contractor underscores its expertise in key Technical Focus Areas (TFAs) critical to the Air Force's sustainment modernization efforts including:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Data and Digital Environments
• Rapid and Austere Maintenance 
• Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality
• Sustainment Modernization for Obsolescence

Under the contract, Redshred will leverage its Content Transformation Pipeline to:

• Transform technical orders to support Maintenance Extract structured representations of procedures from legacy technical orders
• Identify changes in technical data
• Provide API-first solutions to support ongoing innovation

These capabilities directly support the Air Force's ability to:

• Accelerate proficiency levels and on-demand cross-career field tasks
• Ensure resilient and responsive operational logistics capabilities
• Optimize sortie generation with secure, on-demand, mobile access to technical information

Additionally, Redshred's involvement in DARPA's Perceptually-enabled Task Guidance (PTG) program complements the RO MAC program. Redshred’s Cognitive Observant Assistant for Coaching and Helping (COACH) is an AI assistant for maintenance, supports on-the-job training for contested logistics that leverages and expands their on the RSO content transformation for knowledge transfer.
